From: Professor Greg Watson

RE: Your Tax Bill and the Internet Marketing Tax Guide

Dear Domainer and Internet Marketer,

Let's be honest, taxes, accounting, and bookkeeping probably just are
not what excite you... But it doesn't need to scare you either! Armed
with a little knowledge (written in plain simple language) you can
learn the strategies to, most importantly, not get hit with an
unnecessary huge tax bill.

I am a university professor who teaches accounting and economics, which
means it is my job help people learn about topics they really don't
want to. My extensive consulting practice also means that
I get called in on many of the more unusual or complicated "special tax
situations."

So unlike many of the "part-time" tax professionals who probably sat in
on one of my classes or attended a two-day tax school in the fall - I
live and breath this year round! And I get called in when there is a
mess...

How many times have you seen an Internet Marketer do a "Firesale"
promotion because they got hit with a HUGE TAX BILL?

Unfortunately, I get called in after that mess gets created - to help
dig them out of their tax problems.
A huge tax bill that could have been avoided!

What would you do if you got hit with a $10,000, $20,000, or $50,000
tax bill? And that could have been avoided if you had simply taken the
right "tax planning" steps at the right time!

Let's face it, the last thing you want to think about right now is
taxes. But where will your focus be if you are scrambling to put
together a firesale promotion because the IRS just froze your bank
accounts and you are scrambling to deal with the IRS agents, trying to
figure out how to setup all new bank accounts, and dealing with family
pressures at home.

Don't get caught in that situation just because you didn't take about
45 minutes to educate yourself about the basics of your business tax
strategies. Let me help!

Is your Marketing Cruise deductible? Not unless these three things are
true! I'll tell you what they are inside the Internet Marketing Tax
Guide.

The Internet Marketing Tax Guide can help you learn about:

- The best corporate structure to minimize your taxes.

- The difference between domain names for investment and domain
names used in business - There are important tax consequences so you
need to know the difference!

- How are annual domain registration fees handled?

- How do I treat affiliate commission income?

- How do I treat advertising income?

- Is the cost of website development a "Deductible" cost or is it
the cost of an "asset" put into service? What are the tax
consequences of the difference?

- Are software tools 100% deductible in Year 1?

- Can you deduct the cost of education?

- Can you deduct the cost of travel?

- If I am selling something from the "back of the room" at a
conference do I owe taxes and sales taxes in that state?

- How much of the cost of my computer can I deduct?

- Can I deduct the cost of my home office? Should I?

Those are just a few of the many questions that are covered in the
Internet Marketing Tax Guide. Not to mention the free bonuses like the
Domain Tax Guide for domainers.

Find other ZORGIUM pages using AZ.COM:

The zorgium specific results appear in the right hand margin.

Find other ZORGIUM pages using your favorite search engine:

Enter your search keyword(s) and the keyword "zorgium" into the search input field of http://bing.com, http://yahoo.com or http://google.com.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.

DISCLAIMER: Zorgium is a free world-wide-web engine from AZ.COM. You may use it, but by doing so you agree that your use of other people's information discovered via our website is entirely your responsibility. Enjoy!
